The Steamworks Banner was designed and constructed in the Extraordinary Lab at CVM Labs for the 2017 FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) season. It features a real leather exterior, meshed gears gilded in copper, bronze, and gold, genuine high-voltage Nixie tubes from Ukraine, custom graphics, and hand painted details that simulate a rusted pressure vessel, gauge, plumbing, plaque, and structure.

Throughout the demo the Nixie tubes show the Team number of those teams that participated in the 2007 Championship season.

The banner is equipped with sound so turn up the volume on your phone/PC for the full effect. There is a surprise feature at the end of the COMP MODE demo that puts the "Steam" in Steamworks.
